Topicul este alcatuit si destinat declaratiilor, "perlelor" politicienilor, persoanelor si personalitatilor, bilbelor, ineptiilor, agramatismelor si gafelor furnizate de si prin mass-media.
Adica genului de afirmatii fara cap si fara coada pe care le tot auzim si de care ne tot minunam.
