am facut ciorba de perisoare acrita cu zeama de varza, sarmale si cozonac

kalua m-am mai uitat odata cum scrie 'la reteta' si zice jambon de Parma taiat in bucati groase si chiar asa arata si-n poza. Cand cumperi nu poti sa ceri o bucata sa zicem cat degetul mic de groasa si o tai bucati de 1 cm É.... s-apoi asa e zice reteta dar pt ca noi suntem niste bucatarese desavarsite o adaptam gusturilor noastre .... :-*
