Pe mine ma dispera; de la invitatii de a-mi face o pagina web traznet pe baza de template moca, pina la vata, cialis, oferte turistice, bilete de avion, cadouri, chiloti, masini de vinzare, invitatii dupa invitatii si "ocazii" pierdute de mine cu obstinenta mesaj dupa mesaj...
Ma scot din sarite... abia astept sa se puna si la noi in practica legea anti-spam, ca nu mai poci, frate! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif)

Art. 6: Comunicările comerciale

(1) Efectuarea de comunicări comerciale prin poşta electronică este interzisă, cu excepţia cazului în care destinatarul şi-a exprimat în prealabil consimţământul expres pentru a primi asemenea comunicări.

Art. 22: Contravenţii
Constituie contravenţie, dacă nu este săvârşită în astfel de condiţii încât, potrivit legii penale, să constituie infracţiune, şi se sancţionează cu amendă de la 1000 lei lNOI a 500.000 lei NOI fapta furnizorului de servicii care:
a) efectuează comunicări comerciale încălcând condiţiile stabilite la art. 6 alin. (1).
