am facut ciorba de perisoare acrita cu zeama de varza, sarmale si cozonac

pai eu pun zarzavat mult si taiat si intreg...pe ala intreg il arunc dupa ce a fiert il pun doar pt gust .... apoi noi vara acream cu rosii, puneam patrunjel verde si-o mancam cu smantana si cu ceapa de apa langa ... daca o acresti cu bors pui leustean si smantana e obligatorie dar noi ardelenii o cam punem in toate alea. ti-am fost de folos?
