Am incercat de-a lungu timpului multe.

Shea butter - sursa remedyfind.com
Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii) Shea butter (butyrospermum parkii) comes from the shea nut which is inside the fruit of the karite (shea) tree and has soothing, moisturizing, and protective effects on the skin and hair. The shea nut has a hard white kernel which when pounded open and boiled, releases the shea butter. The shea butter is kneaded for many hours until it has the right buttery consistency. Shea butter has restructuring effects on the epidermis, and also on dry and fragile hair. Shea butter contains a sizeable quantity of unsaponifiable fats, vitamins, and other active elements, which help cell regeneration and capillary circulation. It displays a protective role against UV rays because of its content in cinnamic acid and is thus incorporated in sunscreen products. A generous amount of unrefined shea butter is applied onto the scalp and hair for revitalization. The head is then wrapped with a warm towel for 30 minutes, after which it is shampooed as usual. This treatment provides moisture to dry or damaged hair from the roots to the very tips, repairing and protecting against weather damage, dryness, and brittleness. It also absorbs quickly and completely into the scalp to dehydrate without clogging pores. It is particularly beneficial for processed and heat-treated hair. It is an excellent treatment for dry scalp. It restores luster to damaged hair delivering lasting moisture and vital vitamins that promote thicker, stronger, and healthier hair growth. Shea butter instantly relieves tightness, dryness, itching and irritation from braids, extensions or chemical treatments and styling products. It also protects hair from chlorine and salt if applied before swimming. Shea butter contains a sizeable quantity of unsaponifiable fats, vitamins, and other active elements, which help cell regeneration and capillary circulation. This is an asset against skin ageing and it also favours the healing of small wounds, skin cracks and crevices, and skin ulcers. It displays a protective role against UV rays because of its content in cinnamic acid and can thus be incorporated in solar products. The natural latex contained in shea butter helps to prevent certain sun allergies. It has an anti-elastase characteristic, which makes it an active ingredient against stretch marks. It is very well tolerated by the skin for it does not normally trigger any allergic reaction and can even be used on very sensitive skin areas such as mucous tissues and around the eyes. It is easy to work into all kinds of emulsions and makes a very good excipient (carrier) as it prevents allergenic reactions without altering the active principles.
