Din reviste cu specific macedonean pun cateva retete macedonene. Totul a pornit de la un show tv unde am vazut un preparat pe baza de ardei si branza de oaie (o combinatie care mie-mi place tare mult) si pe care trebuie s-o testez.

Supa de praz

SOS DE CASCAVAL:Intr-o tigaie se pune putin ulei, 2 lg. faina soia dupa care se pun 100 ml smantana si se amesteca bine. Daca smantana e prea groasa se adaoga 2 lg. lapte. Se pun 2 cubulete branza topita, se amesteca bine dupa care se pune aprox. 150g cascaval ras.Dupa ce se topeste cascavalul sosul e gata. Se serveste cald.

SNITELE DE SOIA LA CUPTOR: Se fierb 2 pungi snitele de soia 10 min in apa cu sare si doi catei usturoi maruntiti.Se unge o tava cu ulei, se pun snitelele scurse bine unul langa altul, se presara cimbru, patrunjel tocat fin, usturoi zdrobit dupa care se toarna 2 cani suc rosii ca sa acopere snitelele. Se da la cuptor 20-25 min. pana scade 3/4 din sucul de rosii.
Sper ca le-am adaptat corect pt. a fi conforme.

Aluatul de pane are aproape aceleasi ingrediente ca si cel de la Pollo alla milanese, doar ca e de faza I, adica:

2 oua

Se serveste ornat cu o lamaie taiata in sferturi si cu salata de cruditati:
