Blatul: vezi reteta lui Kalua
Ingrediente pt umplutura:

- ardei kapia feliat
- ceapa feliata (subtire)
- midii marinate
- 1 conserva de ton in ulei
- masline fara samburi
- pasta de rosii
- cascaval ras
- piper
- busuioc

Mod de preparare:
- se face blatul conform retetei (eu l-am introdus in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 C timp de 15 minute, functia grill/convectie)

- se acopera cu pasta de rosii din belsug

- se presara busuioc uscat, dupa care se adauga ingredientele:

- se presara piper negru macinat, apoi se acopera cu cascaval si se introduce pt 15 minute in cuptor:

Glass noodles "Carbonara"

Ingrediente (pt 2 persoane):

1 pachet glass noodles (100% din fasole mungo) x 100g
2 galbenusuri + 1 albus
50g cascaval ras (daca aveti parmigiano sau pecorino romano, e si mai bine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/estiok.gif) )
3 felii f subtiri de jambon crud fume/ pancetta/ kaiser
1 lingura ulei masline
sare
piper

Mod de preparare:

- se pune apa cu sare la fiert
- cand incepe sa fiarba apa, se adauga glass noodles si se lasa 3 minute
- intr-un bol metalic se bat spuma galbenusurile + albusul + putina sare, se adauga 1/2 din cantitatea de cascaval ras, apoi se varsa pastele fierbinti peste amestecul acesta si se incorporeaza. Albusul si galbenusurile, desi sunt crude, se vor coace molcom, datorita pastelor fierbinti (atentie! nu e nevoie sa puneti vasul pe foc).
- separat se caleste carnea taiata fideluta in ulei pana cand se rumeneste frumos
- se aseaza pastele amestecate cu ou si cascaval pe farfurie, apoi se adauga carnea deasupra.
- se presara cascaval si piper, dupa gust
