Azi am facut gogosi de post sunt tare bune si am facut putine ca am zis sa nu stric degeaba faina si cand colo au iesit yami.

Tocanita de soia
Soia cubulete
Sos de rosii sau bulion
Verdeata, condimente, ceapa, usturoi
Am fiert soia pina mi s-a parut mie suficient de moale. In apa in care a fiert am pus tot felul de condimente: sare, piper, cimbru, oregano. Cine foloseste poate pune delikat.
Dupa ce a fiert am scurs-o bine de apa.
Intr-o tigaie sau ceaun am calit putin ceapa dupa care am adaugat soia si am calit-o si pe ea. Cand mi s-a parut suficient de rumenita am adaugat suc de rosii si am lasat sa dea un clocot. Am mai potrivit-o de gust cu condimente si dupa ce am oprit focul am adaugat marar, putin patrunjel si usturoi pisat dupa gust.

Am sa incerc si niste parjolute cu soia granule. Daca vor iesi comestibile am sa postez reteta.
