pentru cele cu sanii mici, "neinveliti" ("neimpliniti"), as recomanda exercitii cu gantere. am primit tema sa-mi consolidez muschii pieptului ca sa acopere/sustina (nu stiu exact care e varianta corecta) coastele si sternul. si am constatat ca mi s-au "completat" sanii, devenind un pic mai "plini", mai rotunzi.

Exercitiile c gantere sint bune pentru ca intaresc musculatura aflata sub sini.
Dupa cum stim, tesutul adipos din care sunt formati sanii sta pe muschi, nu pe oase.
De aceea orice exercitiu care intareste, tonifica musculatura pectorala schimba postura corpului, dar si fermitatea si pozitia sanilor., facandu-i sa para mai mari. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
