Tordu cu sunca si parmezan
230 ml apa
350 grame faina alba de piine
1 lingurita de sare
1 lingura zahar
7 grame de drojdie uscata cu actiune rapida
1 lingura unt
faina alba pentru decorare

Umplutura
40 grame de sunca crud-uscata
3 linguri de parmezan ras
1 lingura busuioc uscat

Facem un aluat ca de piine pe care il lasam sa creasca pina isi dubleza volumul. Intindem apoi o foaie cam de 2 cm grosime.
Punem sunca taiata mare si o imprasitiem, presaram parmezanul si busuiocul.
Facem un sul din alualtul umplut pe care il lungim cit se poate. Apoi rasucim sulul ca pe o funie, in doua.
Lasam intr-o tava, la loc cald, sa creasca bine (trebuie sa isi dubleze volumul). Eu am uns piinea tordu cu un amestec de ou batut si pasta de rosii.
Apoi se da la cuptor ca orice alta piine.
