Gabita

6 albusuri batute spuma pe abur cu 200 g fructoza. Se amesteca cu 100 g nuca prajita si macinata. Se ia cu o lingurita si se pun in tava tapetata si se coc la foc potrivit.

Crema: 6 galbenusuri se freaca cu 4 linguri fructoza si 1 lingura cacao si se fierb la foc mic. Cand se raceste crema se amesteca cu 150g unt.

Se lipesc cu crema, cate 2 bezele.



Prajitura cu 10 oua

10 albusuri se bat spuma in care se adauga treptat 200 g fructoza. Dupa ce s-a obtinut bezeaua se adauga 300g nuca macinata. Se coc 3 foi pe dosul tavii tapetate.

Crema: 10 galbenusuri se freaca cu 7 linguri fructoza si se fierb la foc mic. Cand crema se raceste se amesteca cu 200g unt. Crema se imparte in 3 parti: intr-o parte se adauga ness, iar in celelate 2 parti, vanilie. Se umple astfel: se pune o foaie, apoi crema de vanilie, iarasi o foaie, crema de ness, iar o foaie, crema vanilie, iar pe ultima foaie se rade ciocolata min 70% cacao.

Prajitura cu 10 oua arata de nu se poate . Si cred ca este si foarte gustoasa, nu ?
Dar am vazut ca intra foarte multa fructoza la ea, aproape o cutie de 400 g, deci banuiesc ca nu o faci prea des.

Era prajitura mea preferata cand nu tineam Monti si acum e la fel. Da, nu o facem decat la Pasti si Craciun. E un fel de prajitura traditionala.

Cuibi de viespi

300 g faina integrala

50 g gluten

3 galbenusuri

Cateva linguri smantana

30 g de drojdie dizolvata in putin lapte

Se framanta toate la un loc. Se intinde o foaie. Separat, se freaca 150 g unt cu 140 g fructoza. Untul frecat cu fructoza se intinde deasupra pe foaie. Se ruleaza foaia sul si se taie bucatele. Se pun in tava teflon neunsa si se lasa la dospit pana cresc.

Se face un sirop din lapte si fructoza dupa gust. Se baga tava cu cuiburile la cupot. Cand sunt pe 3 sferturi gata se scot si se pune sirop fierbinte peste fiecare si se lasa la cuptor pana cuiburile absorb siropul.

Atentie: din cantitatile de mai sus nu ies foarte multe cuiburi.

Poate 150 faina integrala si 150 tarata. Clatitele ies foarte bune cu tarata. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
