Am cautat un topic despre branza dar n-am gasit (daca exista pe undeva imi cer scuze)

Pentru fetele canadeze care vor a incerca (si Cleo chiar sa mearga la Gala (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) ):

On February 21 and 22, in Montreal, jury members carefully observed, touched, smelled, and tasted 172 cheeses made by 41 different cheese makers across Canada.

The jury selected cheeses to go forward as finalists in the different categories.
Winners in each Category and the Grand Champion will be announced at the Gala of Champions in Montreal on April 23rd.

Soft Cheese with bloomy rind:
