Pai,,, nu o sa se coaca bine. Poti face o piine normala si cind e gata ii tragi niste cascaval pe de-asupra si o mai lasi vreo 5,7 minute la foc mic. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Pui parmezan ras mic in aluatul de snitel. Il pui in tigaie numai cit sa se prinda oul si dupa aia la cuptor (incins in prealabil bine) pe hortie de copt la foc mic pentru a se coace (vreo 25-30 de minute).

Sa nu inlocuiesti parmezanul cu cascaval, ca o sa iasa varza, se inmoaie, se lateste in tigaie si iese un cc general. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) a imi spui si cum au iesit. Si daca vrei sa iasa mai gustoase, pune carnea de azi taiata subtire (e cam tirziu sa o bati acum) cu sare si piper intr-o punga si direct in frigider, pe raful cel mai de jos, pina miine. Snitelele o sa iasa mult mai gustoase! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
