Dar in faza I crud si razuit in combinatie cu varza cruda se poate?

Issa iti recomand o salata de cruditati: morcov, patrunjel radacina, telina, ceapa, toate date prin razatoarea mica, stoarse de zeama( printr-un tifon) si amestecate cu maioneza. Foarte, foarte bun!!

o intrebare-se poate face paine si din hriscasa?trebuie sa gatesc pentru copilul meu o paine fara gluten,si pot apela doar la hrisca,naut,manioca,quinona...daca fac din acest amestec iese acceptabil?copilul are 6 ani si-i tare mofturos la papa
stiu ca exista faini speciale fara gluten,voi comanda la o firma,dar pina aflu mai multe amanunte...

Teoretic da, dar nu cred ca a incercat cineva dintre noi. Eu am facut paine de quinoa si ce sa-ti spun? Trebuie sa te obisnuiesti cu gustul... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/closedeyes.gif)

Din punct de vedere montignac nu are voie sa fie combinata cu grasimi la faza 1. De paine din hrisca integrala vorbesc.

va rog,mi-ar putea sugera cineva o prajitura conforma cu capsuni?si frisca?ma gindeam sa incerc sa adaptez prajitura cu mere -in loc de mere capsuni,si deasupra frisca.ar merge? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pls.gif)
