as vrea sa-i pregatesc sotului meu scoici....si chiar nu stiu cum ca sa nu gresesc...eu nu am incercat niciodata pentru ca nu imi plac (cred)

Eu am facut cu midii numai astea doua retete:
Midii cu sos legat Midii cu sos legat Midii in vin de Porto (se poate folosi si un sherry sec) 1 ceapa 1 morcov 1 bucata telina radacina 1 patrunjel radacina 2 catei usturoi 2 rosii 3 linguri ulei --- restul in site: Midii in vin de Porto |

Mie imi plac la nebunie midiile pane(in aluat de clatite; trantite midiile in aluat si luate una cate una cu lingurita si puse in ulei incins). Le consumam cu garnitura de cartofi natur, patrunjel tocat deasupra, salata XXL de verdeturi, un vin alb sec, iar ca sosuri foloseam: maioneza, pasta de usturoi si ketchup.
Midiile le achizitionez totdeauna congelate de la pescarii sau raionul de produse piscicole din Carrefour. |

Fisherman's Spaghetti
-Add shrimp and mussel sauce into pot with spaghetti and stir 15-20 mussels 1 lb shrimp 1 cup olive oil 1 large onion chopped 1 small hot pepper 2 cans of tomatoes 1/2 bunch parsley 1 pack spaghetti 4 tbs butter salt and pepper -Wash mussels very well and clean them from their "hair" -Place them in a big pot with water and bring to a boil -When they open let them a little while and then drain -Remove shell from mussels and set aside -Wash the shrimp -Put water in a pot and bring to a boil -Add shrimp -Let cook until done -Drain and remove shell -In a small skillet heat oil -Add onion and saute -Add tomato and tomato paste, stir and lower heat -Season to taste -When boiling add shrimp and mussels and cook until all water is absorbed -Just before taking it down from heat add parsley -In a large pot bring water to a boil -Add spaghetti -Let cook according to instructions on the package -When done drain spaghetti and set aside -In the pot place the butter and melt it -Add salt -Saute spaghetti and remove from heat -Add shrimp and mussel sauce into pot with spaghetti and stir Karina, crezi ca o putem adapta la monti? |

Cu mult mai putin ulei de masline si fara unt (untul inlocuit cu putin ulei de masline) e Montignac. Scoicile si crevetii contin max. 1% grasime.
