Strumfi, mama se ocupa de aprovizionare. Eu in functie de ce gasesc in casa fac si salata. Unele ingrediente sunt greu de gasit, dar nu toate, mai ales cu supermarketurile astea gigant care aduc de toate.

Da, asta-i o salata de toamna/iarna. Eu am preluat-o pe cea de familie (din partea mamei): sfecla se coace in cuptor (merge si fiarta, dar in cuptor nu-si pierde din vitamine), se curata cand e moale si se da pe razatoarea mica. Se amesteca cu suc de lamaie, hrean ras, ulei si chimion.
Eu am mancat salata de sfecla facuta in multe feluri, dar asa imi place cel mai mult.

si eu votez cu salata de sfecla rosie, la cuptor facuta si apoi taiata felii (nu rasa) ca sa-i simt gustul mai bine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) cu hrean obligatoriu, sare si otet si fara chimion (tot obligatoriu (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ).

Azi am poftit salata de varza alba insa.

Le poti pune si in folie daca vrei, eu nu folosesc metoda asta. Le pui in coaja acolo si astepti pana inceapa sa miroase a ele, le poti incerca cu o furculita atunci, daca s-au mai inmuiat ceva. Dureaza in jur de o ora.
