Am pus 2 pliculete de drojdie, a crescut chiar bine. Oricum,nu e rau pentru o prima incercare (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Probabil si din cauza crapaturii s-au uscat asa

E facuta acasa, dureaza cam 2,5 3 luni pana e gata, pusa in saramura 7 sapt, apoi afumata cum a zis Cleo putin. Tata e specialistul stie sa faca si salam uscat seamana foarte bine la gust cu chorizo. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Fantastice bucate, fetelor! Eu am inceput cu stangul cariera de cozonacista (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) , mi-am trimis barbatul la cumparaturi si a venit cu faina bio insa nu prea alba, mi se parea mie ca-i cam de paine asa...Ei, ne-a iesit un "cozonac" batatorit serios, ca o paine de aia integrala (IMG:style_emoticons/default/morderis.gif) , pe care tot el a gasit solutia de o "vinde" oaspetilor: cica "ati mancat vreodata painitze rusesti?". Oamenii siderati l-au crezut ca asta ar fi si au mancat, era bun saracul la gust dar nici gand de pufos.

oh well, next time...
