Salata beouf conforma - variantele Kaluai
salata de boeuf cu carne de pui (pui de la rtotisor), naut, castraveti murati, mazare, gulie fiarta, maioneza indoita cu iaurt. Am mancat-o iar calduta, o nebunie! QUOTE(kalua) Am facut aseara "salata de boeuf" cu resturi de roastbeef, naut fiert, castraveti murati, telina si mazare dunstuite intr-o tigaie cu capac in o lingurita de ulei si putin apa plus maioneza indoita cu iaurt 1,5%, a iesit dumnezeiasca si asa a pus si copilul gura pe carnea aia.

Glass noodles "Carbonara"
Ingrediente (pt 2 persoane): (IMG:http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w236/dr_wise/Culinare/HPIM2708.jpg) 1 pachet glass noodles (100% din fasole mungo) x 100g 2 galbenusuri + 1 albus 50g cascaval ras (daca aveti parmigiano sau pecorino romano, e si mai bine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/estiok.gif) ) 3 felii f subtiri de jambon crud fume/ pancetta/ kaiser 1 lingura ulei masline sare piper Mod de preparare: - se pune apa cu sare la fiert - cand incepe sa fiarba apa, se adauga glass noodles si se lasa 3 minute - intr-un bol metalic se bat spuma galbenusurile + albusul + putina sare, se adauga 1/2 din cantitatea de cascaval ras, apoi se varsa pastele fierbinti peste amestecul acesta si se incorporeaza. Albusul si galbenusurile, desi sunt crude, se vor coace molcom, datorita pastelor fierbinti (atentie! nu e nevoie sa puneti vasul pe foc). - separat se caleste carnea taiata fideluta in ulei pana cand se rumeneste frumos - se aseaza pastele amestecate cu ou si cascaval pe farfurie, apoi se adauga carnea deasupra. - se presara cascaval si piper, dupa gust Pofta buna!
