Despre castani: sunt noua specii de castani, parca asa am retinut eu, dintre care castanul european arata cel putin decent (IMG:http://www.elady.ro/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

(IMG:http://www.elady.ro/forums/style_emoticons/default/closedeyes.gif) O castana prajita la fiecare pese: la mine nu exista scaune sau fotolii suntem in livada (IMG:http://www.elady.ro/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Castana ca medicament Are efect energizant, antiseptic, tonic pentru sistemul muscular si nervos, antianemic, remineralizant. Coaja castanelor este antidiuretica, fiind bogata in tanin. Castana este bogata si in vitaminele B1 si B2 si contine vitamina C, in cantitate mare, ca si citricele, dar si mult amidon, suportat bine mai ales de cei suferinzi de stomac. In afara castanelor comestibile, exista, cum bine se stie, si castanele salbatice care se folosesc in industria farmaceutica pentru prepararea unor medicamente indicate mai ales in bolile de circulatie. |
