Eu zic ca daca scoateti apa din reteta, nu mai se duce la vale dulceata de mere. Ca are acolo destul emulgator natural si fiarta la foc mic, cred ca ar trebui sa iasa bine.

MoN, eu nici nu am pus apa. Am pus doar sucul de la un gref destul de mic si de la jumatate de lamaie. Am folosit cei 100 ml apa pentru gelatina.

Era ok si pana sa adaug gelatina. Se tinea ca un gem de casa.

Placinta cu branza (in forma de silicon)

Ingrediente pentru blat:

300g faina de naut
2 oua intregi + 1 galbenus (albusul se pastreaza pentru uns placinta deasupra)
un varf sare
125g unt
2 paharele de iaurt mic (125g) cu lapte (imi pare rau, dar exact asa am masurat cantitatea)
2 linguri fructoza
coaja rasa de lamaie
1 esenta vanilie
1 praf copt

Amestecul pentru umplut:

300g branza proaspata de vaci
2 linguri fructoza
2 oua
1 iaurt x 125g
coaja rasa de la 2 lamai
1 esenta vanilie

Mod de preparare:

1. aluatul: se amesteca toate ingredientele, pana cand se obtine un aluat curgator, asemanator celui de chec
2. se toarna 1/2 din compozitie in forma de silicon si se introduce in cuptorul preincalzit la 160 C pentru cca 15 minute
3. se scoate forma din cuptor, se toarna amestecul de branza, apoi se acopera cu restul de aluat, netezind usor cu o lingura
4. se acopera suprafata cu albusul batut spuma
5. se presara nuca, sau fulgi de migdale
4. se introduce in cuptor pentru inca 20 minute la 180 C.

Napolitane belgiene

5 oua
100g branza de vaci
150g pulbere de proteine (conforma, cu gust neutral)
5g pulbere de roscove
1 lingurita praf de copt (cam 1/3 lingurita bicarbonat)
1 priza sare
3-4 linguri ulei

Se amesteca toate ingredientele si se fac napolitane in aparatul destinat acestei activitati
