Mai bine ia si citeste o carte de-a lui Montignac, daca nu ai citit pana acum.
Ciudat cu pastele alea, nu am mai vazut pana acum alimente pe care sa scrie indicele glicemic. Si-asa nu inteleg ce inseamna numerele alea... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Pe paste ce scrie, sunt integrale, ce scrie la ingrediente?

1. n-am ciolan si 2. mi se pare ca fasolea asta alba mare si fiarta mult (vreo doua ore, doua ore si jumatate) are indice mare. Nu sunt sigura ca nu stiu ce soi e si nu-mi dau seama daca se incadreaza in tabel si sa nu fie din alea 3 cu peste 35. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Gasesti fasole gata fiarta la conserva. Traiasca Bonduelle, ca nu am mai fiert fasole cap-coada de cind le-am descoperit!

E fiarta, o oparesti si arunci apa si apoi e gata sa o termini de gatit. Vezi ca e si cu bobul mic.

Eu am paste fainoase din faina integrala de grau si mai am din faina integrala din secara. Dupa informatiile nutritionale am vazut ca sunt mult mai bune cele din faina integrala de grau. Exista totusi o problema. M-am uitat din ce sunt facute si scrie la ingrediente si amidon din cartofi. Asa sunt pastele integrale intr-adevar?
Nu e problema ca au si amidon di cartof? Ca doar amidonul este o polizagarida. Hm. Astept raspuns intrucat eram hotarata sa fac acum la cina.
