Intrebare:
Daca basmati are IG 50 (45 cel brun), nu s-ar putea folosi in loc hrisca (IG 40). Si: hrisca ar merge combinata cu grasimi sau nu? Am inteles ca in Basarabia se foloseste in sarmale, in loc de orez. Va rog, lamuriti-va, ca parca m-am trezit cam cetoasa la minte astazi! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pls.gif)

Am facut in seara asta varza anatolica (sper ca am scris bine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ) dar mi-a iesit cam apoasa si cam albicioasa (IMG:style_emoticons/default/magindesc.gif)
Gustoasa e, dar trebuia mai multe condimente.
Acum intrebarea e: trebuie sa iasa mai uscata? Bulionul daca il amestec doar cu 100ml de supa iese gros si nu cred ca se duc eprin toata varza...Care e secretul?

Salut fetele! Vreau sa fac salata de boeuf si vreau sa pun dovlecel in loc de cartofi . O fi buna combinatia asta ? Am cautat in tabele dar n-am dat de dovlecei ...sau n-am vazut eu ?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/magindesc.gif) Help ! Va pup.

Adica vreau sa fac salata cu : dovlecel (in cazul in care se poate ), piept de pui fiert, mazare, castraveti murati si maioneza de casa.
