Aici ii zice cream of tartar: a natural raising agent for use in scones, soda bread, etc... To make a simple baking powder, use 2 parts cream of tartar to 1 part bicarb of soda.

No, pai io de unde sa stiu ce se ascundea in spatele intrebarii "ce este crema (praful) de tartar" ? ca nu mi-ai zis sa-mi intreb gloaba de cristal (IMG:style_emoticons/default/morderis.gif) pusi (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) asa se intampla cand scrii (io) beat de oboseala. una gandesti si alta iese deci toate aveti dreptate si toate puteti sa lansati intrebari insa missn e pe primul loc (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) deci crema asta de tartar pe care am folosit-o cu succes in tot ce inseamna bezea v-o recomand cu drag de asemenea ei o recomanda si pt prajituri in care albusurile spuma au rolul principal de mentinere si pompare spre tzantzos (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) deci ladies aveti cuvantul (IMG:style_emoticons/default/kiss.gif) |
