La sfarsit pentru ca daca se adauga la inceput ingredientele din mancare fierb mai greu in special carnea.Da in cucta eu le pun la inceput ca ii da gust mai bun la sos.

Se freaca smintina foarte grasa cu o lingura de lemn (*preferabil) si untul se aduna deasupra.
Din acest motiv nu se foloseste pentru frisca smintina grasa (insamintata). |

Se poate si din frisca proaspata, se mixeaza mai mult pana se separa grasimea de zer. Din frisca am incercat din greseala ca am batut-o prea mult si a iesit unt.Probabil ca merge si din smantana da nu cu lingura de lemn (ca stai pana se face a lot) cu mixerul. Cel mai rapid, e prin cetrifugare, la robot.
