Bati oul cu smantana si apoi adaugi cate putina ciorba in amestec pana ajunge aproximativ la temperatura ciorbei si abia apoi o adaugi in oala.
Si oala trebuie sa fie luata de pe foc, sa nu mai clocoteasca, eventual poate sa si stea vreo doua-trei-cinci minute (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Nu stiu daca a mai fost pusa intrebarea, dar am patit-o de curand : Cum faci daca ai sarat prea mult o mancare ( de fasole, cazul meu (IMG:style_emoticons/default/zapacitul.gif) ) ? |
