OMG Szi da ce inaltime ai? Cum dumnezeu mai vrei sa slebesti cu asa putine kg? Oh si cand ma gandesc cate kg am eu... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/fluierat.gif)
Nu zic, fiecare isi cunoaste organismul si mna stie cum e mai bine, dar mie mi se pare exagerat de putin cand aud greutati sub 49.
Iar tu Pink arati foarte bine. Am vazut poze si parerea mea este ca ar trebui sa tii regimul doar ca sa te mentii si in ideea ca mananci sanatos, dar nu mai trebuie sa slabesti.

Eu am pierdut de la 62 pana la 54 de cand am inceput regimul, deci 8 kg. Al meu organism nu mai vrea sa dea jos. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Am 1.70.

Pink, e o performanta sa dai jos 8 kg, mai ales cand pleci de la 62. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aplauze.gif)
Te-am vazut si-n poze, arati foarte bine asa, chiar nu mai e cazul sa slabesti.

Avem aceeasi inaltime, in schimb la kg .... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/zapacitul.gif)

Rody, ai facut si sport in astea 3 luni ? Sau e doar meritul lui papa Monti ?

Pai fara sport in principiu. Tot ce fac e ste sa merg mult pe jos si am mai alergat din cand in cand la sport:)) In rest nu am facut sport. Pentru mine e foarte bine mai ales ca in urma cu 2 ani obisnuiam sa fac aerobic zilnic. Acum fara nimic deosebit, doar cu regimul le-am dat jos. Cand nu o sa mai dau jos am sa ma apuc mai serios si de miscare. Evident si pentru a-mi tonifica muschii.
