Te cred, se simte o schimbare cand faci ceva pt tine si mai ales ca ai depus efort si ai ajuns/esti pe aproape de rezultatul dorit...e minunat asa! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) sper sa dau si eu cat trebe jos si sa ma laud pe aici, deocamdata ma chinui, dar am dat si eu vreo 15 kg jos! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

M-as bucura de-as da inca pe atata...am ajuns la 80 de kg. O balenuta esuata sunt, si am fost...ma chinui si eu, m-am saturat de grasimea ce imi atarna mereu la costume de baie, vara, si hainele ce nu ma incapeau...acum e cat de cat ok, dar mai trebe...e si metabolismul urat pe care il am, si statura, si genele mostenite, si varsta, si doua sarcini si nasteri (una fericita, ce mi-a adus mandruta si alta nefericita, in fine). Asa ca inca ma chinui..

io am facut sport cam 2 saptamani da de vro 3 zile nimic , trebe sa ma reapuc , ideea e ca la mine nu se vede nimic , doar io devin mai rezistenta in rest nimic nu am dat jos ... si stiu ca o sa trebuiasca sa fac o gramada de sport pana vad ceva ca diete , habar nu am unde sa incep , mananc putin mai sanatos asta tot ...

Jo, eu nu tin o dieta anume, fac miscare si am renuntat la ciocolata, carne de porc, supe si borsuri f rar, in general mancaruri cu sare, mancaruri grase, cu mult ulei. Mananc salate, branza f mult, mancarica de mazare, peste, curcan, pui. In genul asta.

Eu am un punct minus pt ca sunt mica de statura, am 1,64, deci grasimea se aseaza "f bine", din pacate!
