E mai mult natura pestelui decat dibacia mea: are o carne tare care se preteaza la prajit mai indelungat fara sa devina uscata. L-am prajit in putin ulei si mai mult unt. Nu prea are gust de peste, mie-mi place totusi.

Retetele le voi asterne la cele montignac.

Deci, din ciclul "Povestiri la clubul Vanata":

Iahnie de vinete (nu se vede mare lucru, de aratat nici nu arata spectaculos, dar e buna tare, se poate manca pe paine precum salata de vinete), de origine greceasca. E buna si calda, si rece.

Tortul de ieri (atat am reusit sa pozez, la cat am fost de ocupata).Nu a fost mare lucru din punct de vedere estetic dar a fost bun, cu crema de cacao.
Am mai facut oua umplute, pateuri calde (adica foietaj cu ciuperci, pastrama, ardei, rosie si cascaval), o friptura cu cartofi cu cimbru la cuptor.
