traiasca blogurile culinare cu milioanele lor de retete minunate!
azi am facuit una simpla si tare buna - se curata cartofii si se taie ca pt cartofi pai, cartofii mei pai nu-s foarte subtiri ca nu-mi plac nici prea maruntei - stropim cu ulei o tava eu am pus si hartie de pergament dar nu-i obligatoriu - cartofii se tavalesc prin malai, as spune de la mine putere in cel macinat mai maruntel - se aseaza intr-un singur strat si se dau la cuptorul incins (mediu mare) pt vreo 20 de minute sau pana se rumenesc, apoi se inotrc si iar 20 de minute sau pana se rumenesc - noi i-am mancat cu mujdei de usturoi - au crusta crocanta si miezul moale, sint o nebunie (IMG:http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d90/h_2004/IMG_0696.jpg) (IMG:http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d90/h_2004/IMG_0702.jpg) (IMG:http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d90/h_2004/IMG_0713.jpg) |
