				Paste fierte scurte, mazare (eu folosesc congelata, am pus-o intr-un strop de ulei si niste supa, cu capac pe cratita, vreo 5 minute), sunca fiarta, castraveti murati, oua fierte taiate mici, maioneza de casa cu curry intreita cu iaurt. Se mai poate pune ananas, cascaval, mar, portocale, in fine, ce place sau este prin frigider. Taina e lasatul salatei la tras, in frigider, vreo doua ore.

				Este o branza nemteasca, special pentru a fi pregatita la cuptor. Mai exista una elvetiana, vacherin Mont D'Or, asta-i si mai buna, dar nu se gaseste tot timpul, e sezonala (si muuuult mai scumpa).
