Acum, pana creste aluatul de foi de placinta, spuneti-mi si mie va rog, pot "produce" placinta direct in tavite de aluminiu, adica sa pun placinta in tavita si s-o coc direct in "obiect"? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/magindesc.gif)

Mai, reteta mea de stollen asta e, daca vreti va arat poza din carte, fix asa arata. Poate exista mai multe feluri de stollen, eu stiu?

Doftoreaso, pe la 160-180°C, numai convectie. Pe la jumatatea timpului poti sa-l dai vreo 20 de grade mai in jos.

cu convectia de la cuptorul meu inca nu m-am imprietenit pt prajituri si la fast-food gaseam minunat cuptorul
apoi apropo de cartile de bucate si denumiri si-n cartica mea de aperitive ei spun ca hallloumi e o branza libaneza eu stiu de la kalua ca-i din Cipru.

Draga Kalua, multumesc pt ajutor, dar am citit mesajul tau prea tarziu, adica mai erau vreo 30 minute. Am dat pe 150 C, dar apucase sa se rumeneasca (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) .
