Am facut si ciorba de potroace, icre, salata de vinete, ciuperci cu maioneza, ardei umpluti cu pasta de branza, tort diplomat, friptura de porc cu bere, carnati de casa in moare de varza (la cuptor)....
Pozele urmeaza...
Nu le-am facut toate pentru o singura zi, ci timp de o saptamana (Craciun-> revelion)

Foarte bine ti-a iesit tiramisu, Teo (IMG:style_emoticons/default/322.gif) !
Am vrut si eu sa fac, dar pen' ca n-am gasit mascarpone am facut pana la urma tort de piscoturi, dupa reteta din Sanda Marin, adica (virgula) cu o crema pe baza de unt si galbenusuri crude + cafea concentrata. Nu e la fel de aspectuos, dar foarte bun la gust. Am fost foarte generoasa la insiropat cu coniac Metaxa (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) , in loc de rom in care am turnat la greu esenta de rom...

acum ma pot uita si eu la mancarurile voastre. arata demential! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/indragostita.gif) ieri eram asa de plina, ca am si inchis repede topicul, nu mai puteam vedea mancare in fata ochilor. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/zapacitul.gif)
btw, mie nu-mi sta tiramisu asa teapan. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) voi il insiropati? eu inmoi piscoturile in cafea expresso, nu le tin, doar le pun cu o parte in cafea si le si scot repede, si totusi se inmoaie (prea) bine.
