Aaaa, tu ziceai de muffinii picanti. Pai eu cu faina de naut i-am facut si eu iesit super buni! Faina de soia nu am nici eu, nu am gasit pe nicaieri.

Fructoza se caramelizeaza mai repede deci cred ca ar trebui temperatura mai mica si timp mai lung. Insa sper sa nu se usuce in felul asta...

Pun si eu poza mai tarziu.
Mie nu mi s-au ars deloc deloc. Le-am pus la 190 grade vreo 15 min si vreo 10-15 la 170 grade. Dar le-am urmarit tot timpul.

Szi, pune-le intotdeauna pe treapta din mijloc (fix la jumatate din inaltimea cuptorului) iar dac acuptorul tau arde cam tare, pe una mai sus. Focul la mic spre vioi.
