Buna ziua,ups ,era sa zic buna dimineata!
Nu se vede,dar vorbesc in soapta..de ce?Cred ca ma doare capul,o fi de la (IMG:style_emoticons/default/haninoroc.gif) ,poate, asa ca ma simt cam (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ametit.gif) .

Buna seara!
Ma bag putin in discutie doar pt a sugera ceva pt dereglarile de somn care pe mine m-a ajutat: melatonina. Este o substanta pe care corpul nostru o produce in mod natural si care din diverse motive de inaintare in varsta (nu imbatranire, problemele pot aparea si la 20 de ani), stres si alte minuni (sanatate defectuoasa) poate scadea astfel aparand dereglarile de somn. Se poate lua pe termen nelimitat, nu are efecte secundare sau contraindicatii (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) . A, se ia cu o ora inainte de culcare.

Mai rau ca mine n-ai dat-o in bara ca eu am baut alcool aseara (IMG:style_emoticons/default/closedeyes.gif) Imi vine sa-mi trag palme.

Personal, cred ca nu e gresit ce ai mancat, ca somonul are grasimi bune. Totusi, e bine sa nu exagerezi cu acest tip de meniu, pentru ca desi sunt bune, are foarte multe grasimi.
