De dimineata nu am mancat nimic, am baut 2 litri de apa pana la 12 si atat.
La pranz - salata verde, orez cu legume si cateva ciuperci la gratar. Seara - nu am idee, eu sper sa nu imi mai fie foame, daca nu, ciugulesc eu ceva sau poate mai bine un fruct. |

Dimineata
o felie de paine cu carnat afumat si ardei iute si o felie cu cascaval, mai tarziu suc de morcovi si de mere cu portocala facute separat ca cica nu-i bine sa amesteci fructele cu legumele la sucurile naturale. Pranz Supa de rosii, mamaliga cu branza de vaci si smantana si cateva saratele Seara O briosa cu branza sper ca una da' nus daca ma pot abtine. |

Si mie mi se pare putin, mai ales daca nu e in intentia ta sa slabesti sau nu e cazul.
Eu ieri: - o punga de pufuleti; - 2 cafele de la tonomatul de cafea (care e mai mult o apa colorata, un 3 in 1, in nici un caz cafea adevarata); - o felie de paine cu icre; - o omleta cu cascaval si muschi file; - o salata verde cu cateva rosii cherry; - 2 amandine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif) (ca la prima abia mi se deschisese apetitul). |

Ieri am mancat vreo 5 covrigei vanilati si o portie de piept de pui la gratar cu cartofi prajiti si castraveti murati.
