ma tot intreb chiar choritzo? doar e un "carnat" destul de "tare" cel putin asta de aici e f intens nu am incercat inca daca merge amestecat... cum a iesit cu puiul?

Jo, sint o nebunie, zaharul se caramelizeaza si se face un sos gros si fin de la unt, se fac repede (doar coptul dureaza vreo ora-doua), e un desert ieftin... Numai ca arata naspa! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/morderis.gif) Dar na, nimic nu e perfect! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Secretul e sa fie mere mici, bot de iepure (eu le-am facut din mere calitatea a II-a).


Si friptura aia are un miros de sarbatoare, azi mi-am innebunit vecinii sigur. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/morderis.gif)
E friptura toscana arista, varianta imbunatatita (cu 2 lingurite de miere si o lingura de pasta de rosii in plus la sos).

... Pacat numai ca pozele au iesit naspa! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Daca-s facute de Albi, eu le-as minca oricum. Fara sa miros, sint convisa ca galateanca mea ii maiastra. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/estiok.gif)
BTW, am pus "reteta" de mere craciunesti. Cind v-o fi pofta, sa o incercati si sa imi ziceti cum o fost, daca v-o placut.

Pai alea erau alea ramase. Aveam mult mai multe.Le.am rontait asa de pe hartie (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Si nu sunt crocante. Is numai bune (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Esti draguta Di, dar mai am pana la stadiul de maiastra.
