Pai eu credeam ca iese un blat pufos si moale si cand colo a iesit un blat compact cu consistenta unui cascaval. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nusepoate.gif)
Jumatate de rulada am aruncat-o, cand nu m-a vazut nimeni, chit ca cealalta jumatate a fost mancata si laudata. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nusepoate.gif)
Asa se intampla cand pozele nu sunt din aceeasi dimensiune cu reteta.

Daca nu a fost pufos si moale inseamna ca nu a avut destula faina si agent de crestere... Continea cascaval blatul? Daca da, atunci e foarte posibil ca aia sa fi fost cauza. De ce nu incerci sa o faci cu blat de rulada neindulcit? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Pun pariu ca atunci se va potrivi cu ce te astepti tu...

Io am avut un week-end cu copturi...

Si un fel de placinta cu carne. Aluatul l-am facut din ochi, cu untura, in genul celui folosit pentru pogacele.
Carnea am preparat-o ca pentru placinta turceasca cu carne.
Si le-am copt ca pe cuiburile de viespi (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
