Am gasit ceva interesant care, zic eu, ne poate ajuta:

polifructoza = inulina = fibre alimentare
oligofructoza = inlocuitor de zahar (ca zaharina, de ex.)
fructoza = zahar extras din fructe
sirop de fructoza = indulcitor din amidon de porum ("high fructose corn syrup") (IMG:http://www.elady.ro/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

ma bag si eu peste voi. (IMG:http://www.elady.ro/forums/style_emoticons/default/nesigur.gif) din cate stiu eu B12 creste pofta de mancare. B6 parca e mai mult pentru sistemul nervos. cel putin asa mi-a explicat dr. mea. eu luam cate 4 magne b6 pe zi si nu m-am ingrasat si nici nu am simtit un apetit deosebit. e drept ca luam 2 dimineata devreme si 2 seara dupa ultima masa.

eu iau vitamina B12 de vreo 3 ani, in fiecare zi. nu mi-a modificat deloc pofta de mancare.
si va trebui s-o iau pana la sfarsitul vietii, altfel, am pus-o de mamaliga. partea nasoala (pe langa altele) e ca lipsa asta severa duce la pierderea memoriei, asa ca azi m-am pus bine pe langa asociatia Alzeihmer si le-am facut o donatie.
