Mmmm, astea chiar ca-s bune de facut in casa (pentru hamburgheri, cum zici tu, sau hot dogs).

Eu tot vreau sa fac altele, de-alea pufoase tare (de jumatate din ele e aer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ), dar crustoase la suprafata. Sper s-o dovedesc si pe asta in curand.

Arata mai bine cea facuta de Kalua decat cea care o iau eu de la Real. Saptamana asta am mancat la ciabatta de nu mai vreau o luna, macar mi am facut pofta (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) . Apropo azi mi am luat niste cornuri calde cu cascaval de la real doamne o bunatate si mi am mai luat inca altele goale merg de minune umplute cu nutella (IMG:style_emoticons/default/indragostita.gif) yammy

(va rog sa remarcati ghilimelele)

atentie nu se poate framanta cu mainile

pt 5-600g de faina 20-25g de drojdie proaspata sint ultra suficiente, daca puneti mai mult o sa aiba gust neplacut de drojdie. Echivalentul uscat ar fi 1 plic.

- am facut o plamadeala din 20g drojdie proaspata, 1 lingura de miere, 100ml de apa calduta si 1-200g faina, sa iasa o maia mai vartoasa. O lasam in castronul acoperim cu folie de plastic vreo 3-4 ore.
- plamadeala mea a crescut in bolul malaxorului kitchen aid asa ca l-am pus pe soclu, am adaugat 4 linguri de ulei de masline, 1 lingura rasa de sare, 500g faina (jumate alba jumate integrala) si atata apa cat sa iasa o conistenta de smantana groasa, deci e prea moale si prealipicioasa pt a fi framantata la mana
- am lasat coca sa creasca vreo 2 ore
- pe masa infainata bine rasturnam coca, o dam in 2 sau 3 formam painitele, cam ca un os usor aplatizat am vrut sa iasa
- le punem pe tava acoperita cu hartie cerata si mai lasam 20-30 de minute sa creasca apoi dam la cuptor la foc incins in prealabil la maricel 425F la mine, aprox 220C la voi si coacem 10-15 minute apoi alte 15-20 (pana se rumeneste) la foc mediu.
