Of... Lasa ca se termina postul si ma bag si eu in musacale... Ca m-a omorit, Biziila!!! Nu ti-i mila di mini?!
Eu am facut niste jumatati de Devonshire/ Cornish splits. Nu m-au lasat caracanata, insa piinica e tocmai buna pentru un alt gen de umplutura. Ceva sarat.. Brinza, verdeata, chimen... ma gindesc eu asa... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Dumnezeule ce de mancaruri ati facut fetelor, am salivat de-a binelea ! Ati fost harnicute tare (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

Tortul este dupa o reteta gasita pe net (nu pot da sursa caci e site romanesc) si am mai modificat-o eu putin. Pentru blat am folosit 200 grame unt lasat sa se inmoaie cat mai tare, 1 lingurita praf de copt, 85 gr de cacao, 140 gr de faina, 200 gr de zahar si 4 oua. Am amestecat praful de copt cu faina apoi am pus toate celelalte ingrediente si am amestecat cu o spatula. Am lasat o ora la cuptorul preincalzit pe programul de prajituri (pentru cuptor electric insemnand 170 de grade pe treapta 2). Apoi l-am scos, l-am lasat sa se raceasca si l-am taiat in doua. Intre timp am facut crema cu 500 gr mascarpone, 70 gr zahar pudra cu aroma de vanilie si o ceasca mica de cafea tare (lichida, vreo 50 ml, pusa dupa ochi pana mi-a convenit consistenta cremei). Am ornat cu cicolata rasa si zmeura. Gata tortul (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

Albinuto, la fix m-ai nimerit cu musacaua ca n-am facut niciodata si imi place de nu mai pot. Poate o sa incerc, chestia e ca nu stiu de unde sa iau carne tocata "de incredere", de asta ma codesc sa fac.

Pui cu masline si orez salbatic (de culoare mergea si un ardei rosu dar nu am avut la indemana)

Cat despre tort, un mic pont, pe care poate-l stiati, eu nu l-am stiut (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) : e mult mai bun si mai aratos dupa ce sta cateva ore la frigider. Eu l-am pozat si mancat dupa numai o jumatate de ora de tinut la rece.
