hai ca am bagat-o la cuptor.
comentarii: am fiert o punga de 900g de macaroane si e prea mult, cred ca vreo 600g ar fi ok. Sos bechamel am facut din mai mult lapte poate 800ml- 1l; eu am o forma ovala in care ar incapea un curcan si e inalta de vreo 10 cm si cred ca o sa dea pe-afara :o ... alta tava mai mare n-am oricum, din asta noi mancam o saptamana si .... Am uitat de telemea :frustraree: :frustraree: dar mi-am adus inainte de sosul bechamel de deasupra asa ca am impins cuburile de telemea cu degetul :rusinosul: ca na! ce era sa mai fac! pun poza peste 1 ora daca n-o fi prea urat ce iese gataaa...poftiti la masa!
