Efectul asta il are asupra mea cafeaua (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Dimineata imi pica ochii in gura, iar daca se intampla sa beau cafea seara, zici ca mi-a schimbat cineva bateriile (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

EU stiu sigur ca nu pot dormi din cauza umiditatii ridicate pe care o am in casa (asta se intampla deoarece imi usuc hainele in baie, neavand alta posibilitate). Acum, m-am gandit sa imi cumpar un higrometru de aici (spam) sa vad ce umiditate am si sa stiu exact ce sa fac. Stiu ca exista dezumidificatoare pentru a combate umiditatea ridicata, dar alte solutii nu stiti?

Am avut si eu insomnii. De multe ori au ceva psihologic in spate. De cele mai multe ori e o problema stresanta. Odata ce rezolvi problema dormi ca un bebelus

Cred ca fiecare dintre noi se confrunta cu aceasta problema, cel putin o data in viata. Nici eu nu sunt adepta pastilelor, mai bine un ceai de musetel sau un gram de laptisor de matca inainte de culcare. La mine functioneaza.
