Si eu am facut drobul si pe acela vegetarian si pe acela traditional. Salata de beuf e in preparari, dar e vegetariana, friptura la macerat.

Foarte aratoase! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/estiok.gif) Am vazut ca multa lume face de Paste salata de boeuf si sarmale. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
La noi Pastele e exclusiv cu mincaruri din miel.
Mie-mi pare rau ca nu am luat niste stevie din piata sau macar niste spanac sa fac cu carnita de miel.
Ma duc si eu sa fac pasca.

Mie mi-au iesit cam uscati. E cam "rigid" aluatul ala, si din cauza impletiturii, s-a facut parlit bine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Da' e bun (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Am facut compozitia de aluat crapat pentru 3 cozonaci, numai ca am mai adaugat un ou, si in loc de 180 g de unt,am pus 200, plus niste esente

Aluatul asta e bun pt genul asta de cozonac, pt unul obisnuit eu pun 4-5 oua la 1 kg de faina mai mult nu e nevoie. De fapt se pun mereu mai putine albusuri deci 3 oua si 2 galbenusuri. Probabil ti-a iesit rigid pt ca ori nu ai pus lichid cat trebuie (depinde mereu de tipul de faina folosit) ori drojdia n-a crescut. Acuma nu vreau sa-ti fac capul calendar (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) dar pe viitor sa stii ca la cantitati mai mereu trebuie ajustari sint faini care absorb mai mult lichid si sint cele care nu absorb cat scrie in reteta.

daca tot m-am pornit s-o zic pana la capat la 1kg de faina merg cam 200-250 g de zahar (cu cat e mai greu cu atat creste mai greu deci daca il umplem cu ceva dulce punem mai putin zahar in coca) si cam 4-500 ml lapte si 40-50g drojdie proaspata.
