Maat superbun Saganaki cu midii, midiile proaspete sunt mai bune decat cele congelate, da' habar n-am cum se curata si astea care se gasesc la noi la hipermarket nus cat sunt de proaspete, incerc si cu creveti sa vedem daca ne place. Am facut poza cu telefonul (acumulatoprii de la camera erau descarcati) sa vad cum o descarc ca n-am cablu si tre' sa-mi iau ori cablu ori ceva la computer pt. infrarosu.

Chiar, cum se procedeaza cu cele congelate? Ca si eu vreau sa fac. Si aici la noi la supermarket cam tot timpul sunt congelate, foarte rar aduc proaspete.

Eu le fac cu midii congelate. Cele proaspete de curata si se folosesc. Aasta e singura diferenta.

Cele proaspete se deschid cu cutitul, se spala bine de nisip si se folosesc.

Am facut saganaki cu creveti, ma declar incantata! Nu ma asteptam sa fie asa de yummy, am zis sa incerc pentru ca am vazut ca e foarte renumit pe aici. Branza aia pe deasupra face toate paralele. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/indragostita.gif)
