Bravo, h. Chiar ca arata foarte bine, si cred ca si la gust a fost la fel  ;). La noi pastitsio e mancare "banata", se face de cel mult 2-3 ori pe an.

Care e numele mancarii in greaca?
Am descris mancarea dar nu si-a dat nimeni seama despre ce anume este vorba. Insa daca ii stim numele in greaca, sunam in Grecia dupa reteta originala. (IMG:http://www.elady.ro/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Kefalotiri e cam sarat, nu prea merge, depinde acum si cum e parmezanul tau... si depinde si de kefalotiri de vrei sa il folosesti...
