am citit cu mult interes toate postarile despre acnee, si ,m-am hotarat intr-un final ,sa va scriu si eu experienta mea in lupta ptr. combaterea acestei boli:ACNEE..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nesigur.gif) nu pot sa nu incep cu faptul ca acneea mi-a distrus in cea mai mare parte viata,mi-a distrus tineretea si mi-a "mancat" multe rasarituri de soare,am pierdut o facultate si multe locuri de munca sigure si banoase,dar astea sunt de domeniul trecutului,acum cu inaintarea in varsta nu am mai pus accent pe efectele bolii si ,cu timpul, am invatat sa traiesc cu "necazul" meu.....acum sunt maritata si am un baietel frumos ,sunt la facultate ultimul an si sper din tot sufletul sa recuperez anii pierduti in suferinta ....la fel ca si voi am incercat toate produsele posibile si imposibile.....A FOST UN RAU GENERAL....tarziu am invatat ca acneea nu se vindeca doar la suprafata ci ea trebuie starpita din interior,acesta e punctul forte in pasii catre vindecare....PSIHICUL SI DETOXIFIEREA ORGANISMULUI....de la varsta de 18 ani m-am chinuit cu acneea ,si ,abia dupa 15 ani i-am dat de cap ,datorita unui medic naturist care mi-a prescris o schema de produse ce au dus in numai 3 luni la disparitia acneii cu 80%...., dupa ce mi-au trecut inflamatiile si tenul si-a revenit,abia atunci am folosit produse dermato-cosmetice ptr intretinere de tipul AVENE ,BIODERMA DUCRAY.... am sa revin cu mai multe amanunte intr-o noua postare (acum ma duc sa-mi iau baietelul de la camin).....va doresc multa incredere si rabdare.... mie mi-au fost necesari 15 ani ca sa scap de probleme.....

M-am inregistrat doar ca sa va impartasesc un posibil tratament eficient si pentru alti tovarasi de suferinta. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Eu am descoperit, total intamplator, un unguent pe nume "dermovate". Problema mea este de asemenea, foarte "batrana" si a fost mereu un adevarat zid greu de escaladat. Sunt curios daca a mai folosit cineva acest unguent si daca a avut aceleasi rezultate. Mentionez ca este foarte eficient pentru mine. Efectiv stopeaza tot si ma hidrateaza foarte bine! Ce ma "deranjeaza" este ca, pe prospect scrie clar: contraindicat pentru acnee. Este aproximativ 8 lei, si se gaseste la orice farmacie. Vi-l recomand cu drag, nu am observat reactii adverse si sunt curios daca va fi bun si pentru alti camarazi de razboi impotriva acestor monstri! Numai bine!

Dest, ai grija cu crema asta! Contine un corticosteroid prin urmare da dependenta si pe termen lung are efecte negative deloc de neglijat.


How does it work?

Dermovate cream and ointment both contain the active ingredient clobetasol propionate, which is a type of medicine called a topical corticosteroid.

Corticosteroids are medicines used for reducing inflammation. Inflammation of the skin happens due to irritation of the skin, and is caused by the release of various substances that are important in the immune system. These substances cause blood vessels to widen, resulting in the irritated area becoming red, swollen, itchy and painful, such as is seen in dermatitis or eczema.

When clobetasol is applied to the skin it works by acting inside the skin cells to decrease the release of these inflammatory substances. This reduces swelling, redness and itch.

There is a range of potencies of corticosteroids applied to the skin. Clobetasol propionate is classed as a very potent corticosteroid. It is prescribed to treat severe inflammatory skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis that have not responded to weaker corticosteroids.

Dermovate ointment is more greasy than the cream. It is more suitable for very dry, scaly areas of skin, whereas moist or weepy skin is best treated with the cream.

Dermovate cream or ointment should be applied thinly to the affected areas of skin once or twice a day to start with. As soon as the condition starts to improve, you should use it less frequently, as directed by your doctor. Dermovate should not be used for longer than four weeks at a time. If your skin condition has not improved after two to four weeks of treatment you should consult your doctor. Repeat courses maybe necessary to control flare-ups of your skin condition, but should only be started on the advice of your doctor.
What is it used for?

Dermovate cream and ointment are used in short courses to treat severe inflammatory skin disorders, such as those listed below, when milder corticosteroids have not been effective.

Eczema.
Psoriasis.
Skin disorder called lichen planus, in which there are patches on the skin that appear as flat-topped, shiny, almost violet itchy areas.
Skin disorder called discoid lupus erythematosus, which is caused by the immune system attacking the skin.

Dermovate cream and ointment are for external use on the skin only.
The cream or ointment should be applied thinly and evenly to the affected area(s). Click here to see how much to use.
Avoid getting the medicine in the eyes, or in contact with the inside of the mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if accidental contact occurs.
Wash your hands thoroughly after applying this medicine, unless the hands are the area being treated.
If your doctor has advised you to use dressings with this medicine, the skin should be cleansed before applying the cream/ointment under a fresh dressing.
If corticosteroids are used long-term, on large areas of skin, raw or broken skin, skin folds, or under airtight dressings they are absorbed into the body more. This increases the risk of local side effects such as skin thinning, and those on other parts of the body, such as a decrease in the production of natural hormones by the adrenal glands. For this reason, continuous, long-term use of this medicine should be avoided wherever possible, particularly in children and on large areas of skin. You should only use airtight dressings over the affected area if instructed by your doctor. If there is no improvement in your skin after two to four weeks of treatment you should consult your doctor.
If this medicine is used on the face, wherever possible it should not be used for longer than five days. You should not use airtight dressings to cover the area treated.

Be aware that children's nappies can also act as an airtight dressing and can increase the absorption of the medicine. Children being treated with this medicine should be reviewed by the doctor at least once a week.
If you have been prescribed this medicine to treat psoriasis you should have regular check-ups with your doctor. This is because although corticosteroids may be useful for psoriasis in the short-term, they can sometimes make psoriasis worse, and may cause the condition to relapse into generalised pustular psoriasis after the treatment is stopped.
If you think the area of skin you are treating has become infected you should stop using this medicine and consult your doctor.

Draga, bebe_maria, multumesc pentru raspuns! Crede-ma c-am cautat si-am citit tot ce era posibil despre aest unguent. Din moment ce-mi super alina suferina, e clar ca-s dependent de el! :P Dac-ar fi sa ne luam dupa toate prospectele (gen roacutane), sau chiar antibiotice, ar fi destul de complicat. Eu il folosesc de mai bine de un an si mi-e potrivit. (macar nu e pentru uz veterinar ca mibazonul). In cazul acneei probabil nu prea sunt efecte adverse, dar, probabil in cazul psoriazisului sau pentru ce este el, de fapt, recomandat, e mai periculos. Eu il folosesc pe suprafete foarte mari si in cantitati foarte mari de cele mai multe ori. A, si este foarte eficient si pt. punctele negre! Am incercat si alte unguente asemanatoare dar fara efect. Eu Sper sa scap de probleme intre timp, (nu de la unguent) si automat o sa incetez cu "abuzul de dermovate".

Dest tu faci ceea ce consideri tu ca e mai bine pt tine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) , de-asta ti-am dat cateva informatii de la care poti sa pornesti daca te intereseaza sa te documentezi si mai bine.
Totusi raspunsul tau ma face sa cred ca nu stii engleza prea bine sau ca nu ai studiat cu adevarat ce inseamna corticosteroizii. Chiar in prospectul medicamentului (ceea ce am citat eu) scrie ca nu se recomanda folosirea lui pe fata, pe zone mari sau mai mult de 4 sapt la rand si doar la recomandarea medicului.

Draga Maria, ma certi ca pe un bebe! Imagineaza-ti ca unguentul a fost cumparat la pachet cu prospectul in limba romana. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Iese din discutie ca n-am citit cel putin de-o 153 de ori diferite variante mai simple/complete de prospecte, chiar si prospecte de la unguente asemanatoare. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Oricum, il recomand in continuare!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/iloveelady.gif) Fetelor, si eu am avut probleme cu acneea, am scapat de ea si recunosc ca am folosit tot felul de creme si leacuri babesti. Sincer, nu m-au ajutat foarte mult. a incercat sa isi faca cineva un peeling chimic? Face minuni si ofera fetei o luminozitate extraordinara. Va pot recomanda o clinica, cea la care am fost eu, este pe dorobanti.
