Ala, esti draguta please, sa mi-o trimiti si mie?
Dau si eu PM cu adresa de mail?...sau se vede in profil.. O intrebare: am vazut ca semintele de in au GI 35. Deci se pot combina cu grasimi. Dar cu cereale integrale?..dimineata cu iaurt? Eu tot caut ce sa mananc langa fulgii de secara, mi se par tare anosti asa goi cu iaurt, si vreau sa stau departe putin de dulceata. |

Mersi pescarush, chiar nu stiam nimic despre semintele de in, inafara de GI. O sa le las deoparte deocamdata.
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Inca o intrebare: Nu am gasit un raspuns clar. Fasolea se combina cu grasimi. De exemplu daca merg la restaurant, e OK sa-mi iau ciorba de fasole, sau iahnie cu carnaciori? |

M-am lamurit singura intre timp cu fasolea. Desi are indice glicemic mic, MM spune in cartea "Ma hranesc deci slabesc", ca nu e bine de consumat in Faza I, si ca ar face parte din categoria glucidelor (bune). Zice eventual sa se consume dimineata in loc de paine.
Deci nu e tocmai OK iahnie + carnaciori. Never mind, in faza II o sa ma bucur si de acest fel. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nusepoate.gif) |

Domnul MM s-a mai desteptat intre timp (cel putin asa stiu eu). Poti sa mananci linistita iahnie cu carnaciori. Eu am consumat multa fasole si am slabit foarte frumos. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
