Pentru ca altfel nu ar avea gust si ar fi fade.
Putina sare subliniaza gustul de dulce si potenteaza aromele (vanilie, portcolale, etc). |

Bulgurul e o natie de griu macinat mare.
Couscous-ul e un preparat care se face prin adaugare de apa la faina de griu dur si mestecare continua intr-o tingire pusa pe foc mic. |

Bulgurul e numai din grau normal, fiert un pic, uscat si macinat mai mare. Pentru a-l folosi, se inmoaie in apa.
Cous-cousul poate fi si din mei, nu numai din grau dur. Asta nu se fierbe, ci se face la abur. Randul tau! |
