Cozonac tura trei (a doua a diosparut, n-am apucat sa ii fac poze), sectiune mai tirziu, inca is clocotiti.

Stai ca nu ai vazut nimic... Astept sa se raceasca tura 3. Fratele lu` ala din poza era cu 30% mai inalt, dar l-a halit dl Maat.

Pe mine m-a convins Diana sa-mi iau masina de paine ca a ei. Nu i-a copt Carmen, doar i-a framantat. De copt, i-a copt in cuptor.

Pasca e pe pagina precedenta. A iesit foarte mare..si foarte buna.
In diametru de vreo 35 de cm.

Sint doar framintati si lasati la crescut in masina. Cind coca a fost gata, am scos-o, am intins-o, i-am pus o juma de kile de nuca, am bagat-o in tavi, am dat-o in cuptorul incalzit pentru 20 de minute. apoi am aprins focul la mic. Folosesc tavi din Jena ca sa vad bine cind sint gata.
Masina de piine e una foarte ieftina. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Fanny, faina trei nule Baneasa (000), drojdie de la Oetker care expira in 2010, 10 galbenusuri, vreo 400 g zahar pentru coca, vreo 150-180 grame unt, un praf de sare, vreo 300 ml lapte, coaja de lamiie si portocala(la primul am uitat!) nitel rom, esenta de vanilie... adica putin "aranjata" reteta de cozonac moldovenesc.

Sint, sint. Pe cele din metal le-am maritat la mama, ca ma enervau, aveau "bule" si nu iesea frumos din tava, in plus aveam cuptorul vechi cu care nu stiam cind e crud si cind e ars.
