dressing bulgaresc
Timp de preparare:20 min (complexitate redusa) Ingrediente 1/2 kg. castraveti proaspeti, 3 cutii iaurt de 500 grame, 50 gr. nuci, usturoi, marar, sare, ulei Se scurge iaurtul in tifon. Se taie castravetii cubulete mici, se toaca nucile cu cutitul, se toaca mararul, se preseaza usturoiul. Se amesteca toate ingredientele, se adauga putin ulei si sare dupa gust. Draga mea, prietenii mei, grecii, contrazic reteta postata de tine. Intreab-o pe Dore, a calatorit mult in Grecia.
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) In tazatziki se pun doar: iaurt foarte gras - iaurt grecesc Pilos este cea mai buna alegere acum, il gasiti la Lidl ( sau iaurt normal amestecat cu smintina), usturoi, castraveti (proaspeti, nu murati, desi unele restaurante romanesti cu pretentii de taverna greceasca ar pune orice), putin marar taiat fin (daca vreti, nu e obligatoriu) si sare. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Castravetii se rad pe razatoarea mica, dupa care se scurg (altfel iese sosul apos), nu se taie cubulete.
